The demo

Sign in and the world is already in it

Nobody self-serves here. An operator invites an address and decides its seat before the account exists, so an account that arrives on its own reaches no engagement at all and every page it opens is empty. That is the product working, and it is a poor way to look at a build.

These two seats are already in the world: five engagements, one live discovery session, briefs with version history, and fourteen months of sessions behind the charts. The companies are invented and so are the people; the records are real rows, produced by the same pipeline a real session writes through.

Discovery-Seed-2026!
  • Five engagements, each with its build code, sessions and brief versions
  • The Ridgeline Veterinary session, live and mid-round, resumable at its final geometry
  • Harbor & Finch, whose brief has three versions and keeps every one of them
  • The admin area: which provider is running, the whole book, invitations, instrumentation

Client seat

Marguerite Finch

The same build, from one client’s chair.

Discovery-Seed-2026!
  • Harbor & Finch, and nothing else that exists in the database
  • Its brief, its version history and what the session assumed
  • No admin area at all: those addresses answer 404, because their existence is not advertised

Both passwords are the same, and both are published on purpose. They open a demo world of five fictional companies and nothing else; the keys that matter never leave the server.

What your seat reaches

A five minute walk

  1. 01The signed-in homeIt opens on what was touched last and names the round it is on. Never a generic greeting.Dashboard
  2. 02The live sessionRidgeline Veterinary is mid-discovery. Resume it and the workspace mounts at its final geometry, because a session in progress is never re-performed. Answer the open round and watch the diagram redraw and the assumptions accumulate.Engagements
  3. 03The deliverableHarbor & Finch has three brief versions and keeps all three. The glossary reads first, missing sections are named rather than hidden, and the download is rendered by the same renderer the machine door uses.Briefs
  4. 04The admin areaWhich provider is running, the whole book of business, invitations, and four distributions over fourteen months of seeded sessions. A client seat gets a 404 here.Model

Then sign out and come back as Marguerite. One engagement, no admin area, nothing else in the database visible to her: the isolation is a database policy, not a hidden menu.

What this is, exactly

The seats above are seeded identities in a seeded world, provisioned by this build's own seed script. Signing in as one is an ordinary sign-in: the app holds no demo mode, no bypass and no address it treats specially. When Autolace carries a real client, the seed and these identities are deleted together and this page goes with them.

The rest of the product is where it says it is: documentation explains how a session runs and what a brief owes, and support reaches a person.
